Chop one bunch of kale in thin slices and massage the juice of one lemon, sea salt and a touch of olive oil into the kale leaves. Let sit for 30 minutes to soften.

Add 1/3 cup hemp seeds, 1T dehydrated onion, 1/2 red bell pepper chopped.

Toss and serve.
