Watermelon Radishes

My most recent love. Watermelon radishes finely shaved with fennel, avocado and Hawaiian sea salt, topped with olive oil. Divine and simple.

Radishes are excellent for losing and maintaing weight as well as reducing inflammation, increasing detoxification, they help clear up skin disorders, support kidney health and they keep your heart healthy.
