Yoga Food and Coaching

This program being held locally in the northern county of Baltimore, Maryland will be a unique opportunity to launch into a lifestyle transformation. Beginning with a Iyengar Yoga class from 9:30-11am we will flow into the day with a balanced sequenced leaving you enlivened and restored. Following the Yoga class will be medicinal elixirs and a “cooking” class including samples and recipes focused on healthy eating on the go. Finally the last segment of the day will be the most empowering. We will take a closer look at your life and distinguish your goals in creating more balance in your life. We will then create a powerful action plan for you to implement your goals directly. 

For 6-weeks following this workshop, Friday mornings will be dedicated to deepening the ground work established in the workshop while ensuring your fulfillment on your declarations. October 12th, 19th. 26th, Novemebr 2nd, 9th, and 16th will be from 9-11am where we practice Yoga, learn new health giving, deliciously innovative recipes and look at what road blocks are presenting themselves and learn tools to get out of our own way.
